2008 Etobicoke Walk

A majority of the Super Cities WALKs took place during the months of April and May, but there are still a few left to happen during June and September.

The Super Cities WALK is the MS Society’s largest event fundraiser involving over 70,000 participants and volunteers in more than 160 communities across Canada.

Although each community leaves their own unique mark on the event, no matter where you live you can be sure that you’ll come out to experience a day full of excitement and hope that one day we will live in a world without MS, and you’ll leave knowing that you are a valuable contributor to making it a reality.

"I walk because it's a small commitment that can make a big difference, and it's the best way I know how to put my love to good use."

2008 Etobicoke Walk

The WALK is a critical part of the Society’s fundraising efforts and is a significant program in funding research towards a cure for MS. A ground-breaking $4.3 million study of MS in children and a long-term, worldwide genetic susceptibility study are both made possible through MS Society fundraising events like the WALK.

The Super Cities WALK is truly a family-oriented, community-supported event that makes a difference in the lives of Canadians living with MS.
