Registration for the 2009 MS Walk is now open. Get a head start on fundraising and Register NOW! Here's how:
1. Online by clicking the yellow icon. Forgot your username and password? Call the office at: 1-800-268-7582 and we will look it up for you.
2. You can also download the 2009 Registration Form (available soon) and send it to the office.
Join us this year as a member of the Elite Feet Club! Have you raised 
$1000 or more? Then you are eligible to get the Elite Feet Club Jacket. Have you raised $2000 or more? Then you’re a fundraising superstar and eligible for the Elite Feet Club Jacket AND the matching Elite Feet Club Pants! When you fill out your pledge envelope, just mark that you’d like to receive the Elite Feet Club gear and what size you need in the prize section, and you’re ready to go!
