Services and Chapter Operations, Ontario Division is pleased to
send you literature on multiple sclerosis. Order requests for
the materials listed on the following pages may be sent by mail,
fax, phone or email.

Individuals
and organizations will be invoiced for literature orders in excess
of $25. Prices are subject to change at any time.
CHAPTER/UNIT
ORDERS
Purchase
of publications by Chapters/Units for distribution to persons
with MS, family members, friends and health care professionals.
MS
chapters and units receive an annual fiscal credit of $125,
with additional costs charged to the chapter/unit. For ordering,
